Joao Sales

Joao Faustino Sales was born on August 15, 1945, in Malenge, Angola to his mother, Ingracia Joao Da Silva and father, Faustino Camuhoto, that preceded him in passing. Joao has 8 siblings, which 7 have predeceased him Joel Camuhoto, Antha Faustino, Suzanna Faustino, Catarina Faustino, Joana Faustino, Maria Faustino, Feliz Bina Faustino and his surviving sibling Rosa Faustino. Joao is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Clara De Souse e Santos Sales with whom they share 5 children Catarina Faustino De Sousa e Sales, Valdemar Gil De Sousa e Sales and spouse Jaime Sales, Amilcar Dorival De Sousa Sales, Alda Marinela De Sousa e Sales and Holdina Roberta De Sousa e Sales. Joao has 7 grandchildren, Brandon, Bradley, Brittney, Janeece, Keila, William and Aaron. Joao Sales is also uncle to host of nieces and nephews along with having God children. Prior to Joao coming to the America in 1986, Joao lived in Southwest Africa Namibia where he was a soldier of the 32 Battalion. Later he became a teacher, teaching Portuguese and loved by his students. Upon arrival to America, Joao became and worked as a Boiler Engineer for CCA Container Corporation of America for 32 years. Joao enjoyed listening to music and dancing with Tango being his favorite style of dance. Joao also loved to play soccer and doing Calligraphy. On Sunday 10/16/22, Joao went to be with his mother, Father and 7 of his siblings. Joao will be missed dearly by his wife, children, grandchildren and host of family members.
