Susan Campbell

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan Campbell, lovingly known as Sue, on November 10, 2023. Born on December 30, 1956, in Philadelphia, PA, Susan lived a life filled with warmth, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to her family. Her life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family. Susan was a loving wife, mom and grandmom in every sense of the word, creating a home filled with love, care, and endless support.

Susan was a thoughtful woman with a love for sewing and crocheting, often weaving her love into every stitch she made. She enjoyed making custom Halloween costumes for her grandchildren every year. She was the heart of her family, always supportive, and always there. She always put everyone's needs above her own.

Married to her loving husband, Daniel Campbell, since August 31, 1972, their bond was a beautiful example of enduring love and partnership. Susan's love extended to her three daughters, Susan (Steve) Biegenwald, Margie Campbell, and Linda (Rick) Scollon and her late son Daniel Campbell. She showered her grandchildren, Justin, Matthew, Brianna, Nathan, Cooper, Declan, and Grace, with love and affection, making them the center of her world. She will also be missed by her mother, Mae Fischer, and siblings, Edward (Kathleen) Fischer, Kathy (Steve) Franks, Diane Fischer, and David (Alison) Fischer.

Her legacy of kindness and compassion is carried forward by those who were fortunate enough to know and love her. Sadly, she is preceded in death by her father, Fredrick Fischer, and her siblings, Rick Fischer, and Mary Fischer. Susan's life was a beacon of love, illuminating the lives of everyone she touched.

The viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, from 9:00 am to 10:45 am at the Lambie Funeral Home, located at 8000 Rowland Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19136. Her service will follow 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Susan will be laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery next to her son Danny.
