Virginia Allevato

Virginia Allevato (nee McGuckin) age 96 passed away on March 31, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late James J. Allevato. Virginia was the loving mother of Joseph Allevato, Mary DiGiacomo (Joseph), Virginia Lauer (John) and Rita Allevato-Sipes (Thomas). She will also be sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Virginia loved to spend time at the shore but most of all loved her family. Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family Monday, April 12, 2021 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at St. Dominic's R.C. Church 8504 Frankford Avenue. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follows 10:00 am at St. Dominic's Church. Virginia will be interred at Resurrection Cemetery with her husband James.
