William C. Spencer

William "Billy" Spencer age 33 passed away after a long courageous battle on June 29, 2017. He was the beloved son of Debra and William J. Spencer. Loving brother of Lauren Spencer and her wife R.G. and Matthew Spencer. He was the devoted uncle of Austin Spencer. He will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Billy was a fun loving person who admired his family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family Wednesday evening, July 5, 2017, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Thursday July 6, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Lambie Funeral Home 8000 Rowland Avenue (at Rhawn Street). His service will follow Thursday 11:00 am at the funeral home.
