Deborah F. O'Brien age 66 passed away on March 19, 2022. Beloved daughter of the late Helen and Joseph Lind. Loving wife of the late Richard D. Cepokas and the late James O'Brien. Devoted mother of Rachel Langjahr, Richard Cepokas and his wife Meghan, Keith O'Brien and his finance Gina Carr, and Erin Segura and her husband Tony. Loving mom-mom of Alexandrea, Samantha, McKala, Keith, Harlee, Antonio, Julianna, Andrew and Gianna. She was also the devoted great grandmother also known as mom-mom to Noah and Naomi. She will be greatly missed by her sister Helen E. Lind. Debbie loved going to the beach, her cats but most of all she loved spending time her family. Relatives and friends may greet her family on Friday, March 25, 2022 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Lambie Funeral Home 8000 Rowland Ave (Rhawn St.), Philadelphia, PA 19136. Debbie's memorial service will follow 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
