Giavanna A. Vega Obituary (1990 - 2012)

Giavanna A. Vega "Gia", age 21, passed away after a long and courageous two and a half year battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on June 2, 2012. She is the beloved daughter of Miriam and Fabian Vega. Loving sister of Kassia A. Vega and Isabella Vega. She will also be sadly missed by many other relatives and many dear friends. Gia was a student at Calvary Christian Academy until 10th grade and graduated from St. Hubert Catholic High School for Girls in 2008. She also graduated from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2009. Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family Friday, June 8, 2012, from 9:00 to 10:30 at Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia, 13500 Philmont Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19116, (215-969-1520, www.ccphilly.org). Church service will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be held at Forest Hills Cemetery Byberry Road and Philmont Avenue.
