James Incollingo

–

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

James T. Incollingo — known and loved by all of us as Jimmy, Dizzle, Pop, Jim Toto, Boo and Jim — was one of a kind son, father, grandfather, brother and friend. If you knew him, you laughed with him. If you needed help, he showed up. And if something was broken, Jimmy somehow found a way to fix it — whether it was a car, an appliance, or just a bad day.

Jimmy was a natural comedian. He always had a joke ready, usually followed by him saying something like “ah, this crap,” and laughing before anyone else could. His humor was quick, honest, and never forced — the kind that made people feel comfortable and at home. Being around Jimmy meant smiling, even when times were tough.

He was known throughout the neighborhood as the guy who could fix anything. Cars, toys, appliances — you name it, Jimmy figured it out. People didn’t just come to him for repairs; they came for advice, stories, and laughs. He had a way of turning problems into moments and strangers into friends.

Some of the best memories of Jimmy were made around moments of laughter, stories, and that unforgettable Jimmy energy that brought everyone together. Those memories will live on forever.

Jimmy is survived by his children, Nicole Wiley, Michael Wiley (Angela), and Lori Wiley(Jonny); his grandchildren, Eric (Boo), Kevin, Angelo, Taylor, Justin, Gianna, Michael Jr., Nathan, Lucas, Buddy, Christian, Chloe, Chase, Brookelyn, L.J.; his great-grandchildren Erilyn, Angelo Jr., Anthony, Lennixx, Hudson, Santino, and Moonie; and his sisters, Thomasene Fishberg (Bruce) and Margaret Rowbottom (Jim). He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Margaret Incollingo, beloved best friend Dennis McCoy and his beloved wife, Donna Harp, whom he loved more than anything.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Lambie Funeral Home. A Service celebrating Jimmy’s life will follow at 11:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest at Magnolia Cemetery beside his wife Donna.

Jimmy will be deeply missed — for his jokes, his big heart, his helping hands, and the way he made people feel. We invite everyone to share their memories, stories, and photos as we celebrate a life filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments.
