Philip F. Hufnagel Obituary (1928 - 2018)

Philip F. Hufnagel age 90 passed away peacefully on November 5, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Eleanor (nee Dickinson). Philip was the loving father of Kathy Taylor (Jim), Joani McGarvey (Mike), Phil Hufnagel (Sue), Jim Hufnagel (Cathy) and Therese Wagner (John). He was the loving Pop of Crissy, Jimmy, Phil, Tim, Ed, Daniel, Jon, Meghan, Lauren, Jimmy, Julie, Christopher, Johnny and the late Michael. Philip was predeceased by his sister Ruth. He will be sadly missed by his 15 great grandchildren, sisters RoseMarie Crudello, Helene Russell, Pat Schlink, brothers Jack Hufnagel, Charles O'Connor, Jim O'Connor other relatives and friends. Philip was a USMC Veteran and a retired Philadelphia Police Traffic SGT. He was active in many German Clubs and was a past board member of Caanstatter Volkfest. Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family Friday, November 9, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lambie Funeral Home 8000 Rowland Avenue (At Rhawn Street). His mass of Christian Burial will follow Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Dominic R.C. Church 8504 Frankford Avenue. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Alzheimer's Association 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106 would be appreciated.
