Ray Mintz

Ray Mintz, born to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia, on January 10, 1958, and passed on November 3, 2025. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Ray will be laid to rest in a private service at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pennsylvania, 18940, with US Army Honors.
